Every project comes with a fixed weekly schedule: what you get in which week, who reviews, when it goes live. You see the calendar before you sign. If a deadline slips, you hear it from us first. References on request — most are happy to take a 10-minute call.

Project work is milestone-based — you can pause between milestones. Marketing retainers are 3 months minimum (the time it takes to actually move numbers), then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We don't trap clients; staying is meant to be the easy choice.
