Who it’s for
For companies with a good product or service that still struggle to say in one sentence what sets them apart from the competition. For example: the brand looks older than the company, everyone on the team describes what you do differently, or the category has moved on and you’re losing more and more deals to competitors.
We start with positioning, not the logo. If the workshop shows that your sales funnel needs fixing before your brand does, we’ll tell you so, and we won’t sell you a rebrand.
We’re a digital studio based in Szczecin, Poland, and work with companies across Poland, Denmark, Sweden and the US, mostly remotely.
What you get
- Positioning workshop. Half a day, with your leadership team. We pin down who the brand is for, who it really competes with and what it promises. Everything else hinges on those decisions.
- Naming. Three naming directions and a preliminary trademark check, so you don’t fall in love with a name you can’t register.
- Identity system. Logo, colors, typography and the identity applied in 4–6 places where the brand actually shows up.
- Brand book and brand voice. Writing guidelines with 10 examples, so your website, proposals and posts sound like one company, not three different writers.
How we work
- A free 30-minute call. You tell us what brought you here. Afterward, you get a proposal with three options, each showing scope, schedule and price.
- Contract and kickoff. We usually kick off a week after the contract is signed. You see the week-by-week schedule before you sign.
- Workshop, then creative directions. The first materials usually land in your inbox in week two of the project.
- A summary every week. What we did, what needs your decision and what’s coming next week.
- Handover. Once payment is received, the copyright to the final materials passes to you. For 30 days after handover, we make in-scope fixes at no extra charge.
What branding costs
The full scope described above starts at $7,700 / €7,100 net. The final price depends mainly on whether you need a new name, how many places the identity needs to cover and how many markets the brand will operate in. We work all of this out on the first call, and the proposal gives you three options instead of a single number to negotiate.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a branding project take?
Usually one to three months, depending on the scope. You get the exact schedule with the proposal, laid out week by week. No surprises: if a deadline slips, you hear it from us first.
Can you design the website or the product too?
Yes, and that’s the main reason companies come to us. Strategy and identity go straight into the website or app, with no need to explain the guidelines to another vendor.
Do you work with companies outside Poland?
Yes. We work with companies in Poland, Denmark, Sweden and the US, and we prepare materials in the languages you actually sell in.
